Please read all policies and agree to the following prior to booking to avoid cancellations and forfeiture of deposit

10am-4pm

DEPOSIT:

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book. ONE cancellation or reschedule is permitted within 48 hours.

FOREIGN WORK:

We DO NOT work over another technician's work (DM for approval ). Please arrive with bare nails. View FAQ

LATE/RESCHEDULE:
10 minutes late = $10 late fee
15+ minutes late = your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled; forfeiture of deposit.

NO SHOWS/LAST MIN CANCELLATION:
There will be a 50% charge on all no-show appointments and last-minute cancellations. 100% fee on gel manicures & removals.
